David Chu “SOLD” my parent’s house in South Los Angeles in 60 days!! If you are reading these reviews you are probably in the same situation I was. Who is this agent and should I hire him? If you are like me I usually don’t rely on “on line reviews”, but here I am writing the same thing that most of these people have already stated. Well believe it or not David Chu is the SUPERMAN of real estate. He is professional, experienced and honest. He worked hard to sell my parent’s house as quickly as possible and from the time the house listed to the close of escrow it was done in “YES 60” days. So if you find yourself in need of a Real Estate agent I highly recommend David Chu.
