David and Yasuko Chu were excellent. They took care of every detail in the preparation of the sale. Selling our parents’ home was an extremely difficult undertaking, especially since my family did not live in the area. We gave Mr. Chu the keys to the house and he arranged for the workers to repair what was needed, arranged the cleaning, and the open house, without our needing to be there. He made it so easy for us. The house sold for a higher price than we had asked in record time. I highly recommend David and Yasuko Chu. They know what they are doing, and they do it with kindness.
