All the good things about David in the other reviews are true. When it comes to buying a home, I prefer working with best of the best, and he did not disappoint! He was quick in identifying potential issues with properties which saved us headaches down the road. It’s true, he would tell you not to make offers on these houses. Also, I think just having his name on my offer helped because he is so well-known and experienced that the seller’s agent knows you are serious. He was also willing to negotiate with the seller even though that means less commission. I would not recommend anyone but David!
